Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen state in a Conventional Oven:
- Pre-heat oven and bake at 210oC
- Fan Force Oven: Pre-heat oven and bake at 200oC
- Convention Oven: Bake without pre-heating oven at 230oC
Handling Instructions
- Separate Sheets whilst still frozen using a long bladed knife.
- Insert knife between pastry sheet & interleaving film & slide from side to side to separate.
- Thaw required sheets for 10 minutes
- Place unused frozen sheets in a plastic bag or wrap in clingwrap and return to freezer.
