Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen state in a Conventional Oven:

  • Pre-heat oven and bake at 210oC
  • Fan Force Oven: Pre-heat oven and bake at 200oC
  • Convention Oven: Bake without pre-heating oven at 230oC

Handling Instructions

  1. Separate Sheets whilst still frozen using a long bladed knife.
  2. Insert knife between pastry sheet & interleaving film & slide from side to side to separate.
  3. Thaw required sheets for 10 minutes
  4. Place unused frozen sheets in a plastic bag or wrap in clingwrap and return to freezer.
