Superb presentation, delicate taste and delightful appearance of our Borg's gourmet fingerfood range is the result of following traditional methods of preperation using all natural fresh ingredients wrapped around with our mouth-watreing flaky light puff pastry, make this a truly delicious treat to serve for all special occasions!

Heating instructions

Oven baked - Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Place pastries while still frozen on a greased baking tray.
Do not thaw.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
Baking in a fan forced oven will reduce baking time.

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 270oC
  2. Bake frozen units - do not thaw.
  3. Remove required number of pieces from the packet. Place 5cm apart on slightly greased baking tray while still frozen. Promptly freeze any unused product.
  4. Place baking tray in the centre of oven, immediately reduce temperature to 250oC.
  5. Bake until golden brown, which should be approximately 10 - 15 minutes.

Oven temperatures vary, so please use these instructions as a guide and prepare your oven accordingly to the best of your knowledge, baking time may need to be either reduced or increased.

Caution- once removed from oven filling may be very hot so best to allow to cool for 2 - 5 minutes prior to serving. Serve warm.

Not suitable for cooking in a microwave oven.
