Borg’s Dessert Pastries are made from high quality ingredients, offering a flaky puff pastry filled with custard, or fruit or both. Available in 4 different varieties, Borg’s desserts are fantastic served with cream or ice cream.

Cooking instructions

  1. For conventional ovens, gas or electric, preheat oven to 250oC.
  2. Reduce the temperature to 210oC and place the product on greased baking tray while frozen. Do not thaw.
  3. Cook for 10 – 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Oven temperature may vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for the oven, baking time and temperature may require adjustment. For fan forced ovens baking time may need to be reduced.
